I have two projects:
1. a children's book about grief from suicide/addition
2. a self help book for adults recovering from childhood trauma
While I enjoy to read sci-fi, I may not be the best critique partner for it.

I have a 2.5 year old puppy (yes, I know he's an adult but I don't want to stop calling him a puppy), I own a small business and volunteer a lot. The picture book I'm working on has been inspired by the suicide of a close family member and my desire to help the kids in my family as well as other families work through the complicated grief left behind after suicide and death from addiction.
