Someone honest without being unnecessarily harsh. There's a time to be blunt and a time to be constructive. If possible, stay encouraging. Your opinion matters, but I like to keep as much positivity in my life as possible since life can sometimes hold some nasty negatives.
Romance, romantic suspense, romantic fantasy, romantic supernatural, and so far, one older children's book. I'm beginning to hate this question. Every book is different. So far, everything I've written will include at least the hint of romance. But where a book starts, is not where it may end from that initial idea. I had no intention of writing a children's book and then found myself writing one.
Non-fiction, poetry. I read for escapism and entertainment. Poetry can be beautiful, but it doesn't grab my attention and I don't feel like I could be fair to it.
Urban Fantasy Romance. Anna Hackett is my latest hero. She has everything from aliens to contemporary romance. I started with Nora Roberts and while I'll still read most anything she produces, some of her new stuff seems repetitive. T.S. Joyce is my go-to for shifter romance. Occasionally, I also like some Stephen King.
I'm a mother and a grandmother, although I like to pretend I'm the world's youngest grandmother. Crazy cat lady who prefers life as a hermit, but finances demand that I hold a job. Writing takes places as I can fit it in until such time it can be my full time job. (If that ever happens)
