What are you looking for in a critique partner?

Someone not afraid to point out the weak parts of my writing and have suggestions on how to correct it. Someone who can shine the light on the strong parts of my writing and who can help me become an even better storyteller. I would like to be able do the same for them.

What do you write?

I write picture books, chapter books, and young adult fantasy. I'm also a blogger and run my own publishing house.

Are there any genres you do not want to critique?

I work in children's picture books, chapter books, and young adult. I would not feel comfortable critiquing outside of those genres.
