Writing Interests
A fair and thorough critique with less of an eye toward copy edits and more toward character arc, plot, and other literary devices.
I write long-form fiction usually about intergenerational trauma and grief.
Nothing gory. I cannot exclude horror because I have two horror stories in print, but this form is not my preference. I prefer literary fiction.
Bastard out of Carolina, by Dorothy Alison; We The Animals, by Justin Torres, Housekeeping, by Marilynne Robinson, Sula, by Toni Morrison
I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and two daughters. We are a literary family.
