What are you looking for in a critique partner?

I would like someone who can keep me on track and movtivated through weekly submissions and critiques. I am looking for honest critiques which will help me polish my writing. I want to make sure I am capitavting my readers and am the best writer I can be.

What do you write?

I mostly write suspense/thriller; however, I also write some fantasy (i.e. vampire/witch).

Are there any genres you do not want to critique?

I dont think I would be too good at critiquing play/screenwrites.

I have always had a passion for writing, just sometimes lack the motivation and schedule to do so. I tend to get blocked easily and am looking for help with sticking to a schedule and constructive critiquing. I love writing and love reading.
